Meet Our Athletic Performance Coach: Aiden Duperron
Aiden Duperron brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our program, combining his educational background from The International Sports Science Association with his extensive football experience.
His passion for helping athletes reach their full potential has driven him to develop a deep understanding of sports performance and conditioning.
With a strong commitment to athlete development, Aiden has dedicated his time to designing a specialized training program tailored specifically for soccer players. His goal is to enhance strength, endurance, agility, and overall performance on the field, ensuring that each player is equipped with the physical tools they need to excel.

Program Breakdown
Come Get Fit: Peak Performance Training for Young Soccer Players
Come Get Fit is an exciting training program designed for young athletes looking to improve their soccer performance and overall fitness. As an extension of ComePlaySoccer, this program helps players develop the physical skills they need to excel on the field—all while staying active and having fun!
With a year-round approach, Come Get Fit ensures that every player builds strength, endurance, speed, and flexibility to perform at their best.
Training Phases Overview
November – March: Strength & Power 
During the offseason, we focus on building a strong foundation through fun, soccer-specific exercises that enhance strength, balance, and coordination.
Training includes:
- Resistance band workouts
- Bodyweight exercises
- Plyometrics
April – May: Aerobic & Anaerobic Endurance 
As preseason begins, we shift our focus to improving cardiovascular fitness with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
Training includes:
- Interval training
- Endurance runs
- Short sprints
This phase builds the stamina needed to stay active throughout every match.
June – August: Performance Training, Agility & Quickness 
During the summer soccer season, our focus turns to agility and quickness to help players perform at their best when it matters most on the field.
Training includes:
- Speed drills
- Reaction time exercises
- Direction change precision training
Players will develop explosive speed and confidence to outmaneuver opponents.
September – October: Flexibility & Mobility 
Postseason recovery is super important. Our fall sessions emphasize flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention.
Training will include:
- Dynamic stretching
- Mobility exercises
- Recovery techniques
This phase helps players reset and prepare for the next competitive season.
